1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ และเก็บไว้ที่ใด
บัญชี (เซิร์ฟเวอร์)

ไม่ได้เก็บเป็นกิจวัตร
เราไม่ขอตำแหน่ง GPS การเขย่าเครื่องเพื่อสับไพ่และเสียงอ่านคำอ่านทำงานบนเครื่อง ไม่ส่งข้อมูลการเขย่าไปเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ไพ่ถามตอบ 3 ใบรับคำถามสั้นที่คุณพิมพ์หรือพูด และเก็บคำถามนั้นไว้กับคำอ่านใบนั้นเท่านั้น ไม่นำไปใช้กับไพ่รายวัน ไพ่เฉพาะเรื่อง ไพ่ภาพรวม 10 ใบ หรือคำอ่านถามตอบครั้งหลัง และไม่ใส่คำถามในภาพแชร์ การพูดคำถามใช้บริการแปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความของเครื่อง เตลูได้รับเฉพาะข้อความ ไม่ได้บันทึกหรืออัปโหลดไฟล์เสียง ขณะนี้เราไม่ได้ใช้ชุดพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์โฆษณาหรือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมจากบุคคลที่สามเพื่อติดตามข้ามแอป
2. ผู้ให้บริการปัญญาประดิษฐ์
คำอ่านสร้างผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราโดยผู้ให้บริการโมเดลภายนอก ปัจจุบันรวม OpenAI และ Anthropic แอปไม่ได้เรียกผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้โดยตรง

เราไม่ส่งอีเมล รหัสบัญชีหรือรหัสผู้ใช้ รหัสอุปกรณ์ ชื่อที่ใช้ในแอพ หรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินไปยังผู้ให้บริการ AI เพื่อการสร้างคำอ่าน
ผู้ประมวลผลภายนอกได้รับข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่องานนั้น และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ผู้ให้บริการบางรายประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย รวมถึงในสหรัฐอเมริกาหรือเขตอื่น
3. วิธีที่เราใช้ข้อมูล
สร้างและดูแลบัญชี สร้างคำอ่านและให้คุณดูประวัติเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ นับโควตาและสิทธิ์จากแพ็กเกจ ยืนยันการซื้อ ป้องกันการละเมิด บริการลูกค้า และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

4. เมื่อออกจากระบบ เมื่อลบคำอ่าน และเมื่อลบบัญชี
บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ — ประวัติคำอ่านบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ยังอยู่ และเรียกดูได้เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบเครื่องใหม่

Google Play และ App Store อาจเก็บข้อมูลการชำระเงินตามนโยบายของแต่ละร้านค้า และข้อมูลในไฟล์สำรองอาจคงอยู่เป็นระยะเวลาจำกัดจนกว่าไฟล์สำรองนั้นจะหมดอายุ
หากลบบัญชีผ่านแอพบนเครื่องนี้ สำเนาคำอ่านของบัญชีนั้น และชื่อที่ใช้ในแอพที่เก็บบนเครื่องนี้ จะถูกล้างเมื่อการลบบัญชีเสร็จสิ้น
หากลบบัญชีจากที่อื่น ขณะที่อีกเครื่องยังออฟไลน์และยังมีเซสชันเดิมอยู่ สำเนาคำอ่านที่บันทึกไว้ในเครื่องนั้นอาจยังเปิดอ่านได้จนกว่าเครื่องจะเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตอีกครั้งและตรวจพบว่าบัญชีหรือเซสชันนั้นใช้ไม่ได้แล้ว ชื่อที่ใช้ในแอพบนเครื่องนั้นอาจยังอยู่จนกว่าจะล้างข้อมูลแอปหรือลบบัญชีผ่านแอพบนเครื่องนั้น
5. ความปลอดภัย
เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่ง และการควบคุมสิทธิ์บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ให้ผู้ใช้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะข้อมูลของตนเอง ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ดูแลระบบสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่เก็บไว้เพื่อให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหา ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์
6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้บังคับกับคุณ ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่เราอาศัยความยินยอม
หากคุณอยู่ในประเทศไทย คุณมีสิทธิตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 รวมถึงร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
การลบบัญชี
ลบได้จากในแอป TeeLuu จากหน้า https://www.imjaiapp.com/products/teeluu/delete-account หรืออีเมล teeluu-support@imjaiapp.com หากใช้ช่องทางนั้นไม่ได้ เราอาจขอให้ยืนยันว่าคำขอมาจากเจ้าของบัญชี
การลบบัญชี TeeLuu จะลบข้อมูลบัญชีและคำอ่านตามที่อธิบายในข้อ 4 แต่ตัวระบุที่แปลงแล้วซึ่งเก็บไว้เฉพาะเพื่อป้องกันการใช้สิทธิ์ทดลองซ้ำอาจยังคงอยู่
7. เด็กและเยาวชน
แอปออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้อายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไปตามเกณฑ์ร้านค้า เราไม่ได้มุ่งเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กที่อายุต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายหรือร้านค้ากำหนด
8. เว็บไซต์
หน้าเว็บบน imjaiapp.com อาจใช้คุกกี้หรือบันทึกทางเทคนิคที่จำเป็น หากคุณส่งข้อความผ่านแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ เราใช้ข้อมูลนั้นเพื่อตอบกลับคุณ
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เป็นสาระสำคัญ เราจะอัปเดตวันที่ด้านบนและเผยแพร่ฉบับใหม่ที่ URL นี้

This Privacy Policy describes how TeeLuu, provided under the Imjai brand via imjaiapp.com, handles personal data.
It applies to TeeLuu on Android and iOS, and to TeeLuu pages on imjaiapp.com
TeeLuu is a tarot app for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a psychological or mental-health service.
The service operator and data controller is the operator of the Imjai brand through imjaiapp.com

1. What we collect, and where it is stored
Account (server)
Email and account identifiers from the sign-in provider. On Android this is mainly Google Sign-In. On iOS the app offers Sign in with Apple and Google.
Account timezone (default Asia/Bangkok) so quotas follow your local calendar.
The sign-in provider may also include a name associated with that account in authentication metadata.
Reading history (server)
We store readings on our servers and associate them with your account, including the full reading text, cards drawn, orientation, reading type, Specific area if any, and related fields the app shows.
This is the source of truth for reading history. While the account remains active, you can sign in with the same account on a new phone and retrieve previous readings.
On the device
Sign-in session, stored securely on the device.
An internal device id used with reading requests. It is not your name or address. It remains on the device after logout.
An install marker that a free 3-card question trial was already used on this phone. It stays on the device only, is not sent to our servers, and is not cleared on logout.
A short in-app display name (“ชื่อที่ใช้ในแอพ”), stored on the device only. It is used for the Home greeting and may be included in images you choose to share. It is not synced to our servers as a profile field, and it is not used to generate readings or for analytics.
Readings generated on this device, and readings you open from history while online, are saved as local copies so you can reopen them without an internet connection. The reading content in these copies is encrypted on the device and tied to the signed-in account. Card artwork is not duplicated as part of the saved reading.
Server history remains the authoritative record. Opening the history page does not automatically save every reading in the account to the device. Local reading copies for that account are cleared when you log out, switch accounts, or delete the account through the app on this device.
Purchases (server)
We do not store credit-card numbers. Purchases go through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We store what we need to grant access: product type, status, expiry and store transaction identifiers. Store prices are authoritative.
Not collected as a matter of course
We do not request GPS location. Shake-to-shuffle and spoken readings run on the device; shake data is not sent to our servers. The 3-card question reading accepts a short typed or spoken question and stores that text with that reading only. It is not used for Daily, Specific, 10-card, or later question readings, and is omitted from share images. Spoken questions use the phone’s speech-to-text service; TeeLuu receives the text only and does not record or upload audio. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-app analytics SDKs.
2. AI service providers
Readings are generated via our servers by external model providers, currently including OpenAI and Anthropic. The app does not call those providers directly.
Information sent to AI service providers may include the cards drawn, card orientation, selected reading type or topic, a short typed or spoken question for 3-card question readings only, relevant tarot information, limited contextual information from eligible previous readings where a feature uses reading history, and other content necessary to generate the requested reading.
We do not send your email address, account/user ID, device ID, in-app display name, or payment information to AI providers for the purpose of generating readings.
Processors receive only what they need for that task and are subject to appropriate privacy and data-protection terms where required. Some process data outside Thailand, including in the United States or other regions.
3. How we use information
To create and maintain your account, generate readings and show history when you are signed in, apply quotas and paid access, verify purchases, protect the service, provide support, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Logout, deleting a reading, and deleting an account
Account remains active — server reading history remains available and can be retrieved after you sign in on another device.
You delete an individual reading or all history in the app — an internet connection is required. The reading is deleted from the server first, followed by its local copy on this device. Deleting reading history is not the same as deleting the account.
You log out — server history remains. Local reading copies for that account on this device are cleared. The on-device identifier, trial marker, and in-app display name remain. The in-app display name is stored only on this device for that account and is not sent to our servers.
You delete your account — we delete the account and associated TeeLuu personal data as described. We do not merely deactivate it. That includes the authentication account, server reading history, profile, quotas and entitlements, and copies of purchase or entitlement records that we hold.
We may retain a derived identifier from the sign-in account solely to prevent repeat use of the free 3-card question trial. This identifier cannot be used to restore the deleted account, readings, or purchase history, and is retained only as long as necessary for this purpose.
Google Play and the App Store may retain payment records under their respective policies. Data may also remain in backups for a limited period until those backups expire.
If you delete the account through the app on this device, local reading copies for that account and the in-app display name stored on this device are cleared when account deletion completes.
If the account is deleted elsewhere while another device remains offline with an existing session, that device may still be able to open reading copies already saved on it until it reconnects and detects that the account or session is no longer valid. The in-app display name on that device may also remain until app data is cleared or the account is deleted through the app on that device.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections in transit and server-side access controls so a signed-in user can access only their own data. Authorised operators can access stored data to run and support the service. No method is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights
You have the rights available under applicable data-protection law. Those may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdrawal of consent where we rely on consent.
If you are in Thailand, you also have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), including the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the TeeLuu app, at https://www.imjaiapp.com/products/teeluu/delete-account, or by emailing teeluu-support@imjaiapp.com if you cannot use those channels. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
Deleting your TeeLuu account removes account data and readings as described in Section 4, but a derived identifier retained solely to prevent repeat use of the free trial may remain.
7. Children
The app is designed to be suitable for users aged 12 and over under store age ratings. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the age required by law or the stores.
8. Website
Pages on imjaiapp.com may use cookies or technical logs needed to run the site. If you send a contact-form message, we use that information to reply.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes we will update the date above and publish the new version at this URL.
