1. บริการคืออะไร

TeeLuu ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ จิตวิทยา กฎหมาย หรือการเงิน และไม่ใช่บริการด้านสุขภาพจิต คุณรับผิดชอบต่อการตัดสินใจและการกระทำของตนเองหลังจากอ่านคำอ่าน หากต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โปรดติดต่อผู้มีคุณสมบัติในเรื่องนั้น
2. อายุ

3. บัญชี
คุณต้องเข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อใช้บริการหลัก วิธีเข้าสู่ระบบเป็นไปตามที่แอปแสดง บน Android ใช้ Google Sign-In เป็นหลัก บน iOS อาจมี Sign in with Apple และ/หรือ Google
คุณรับผิดชอบต่อบัญชีของตนเอง อย่าแชร์บัญชีเพื่อเลี่ยงโควตาหรือทดลองใช้งานฟรี เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้
ลบบัญชีได้ในแอป ที่ https://www.imjaiapp.com/products/teeluu/delete-account หรืออีเมล teeluu-support@imjaiapp.com หากใช้ช่องทางนั้นไม่ได้ การลบเป็นการลบบัญชี ไม่ใช่การปิดใช้ชั่วคราว
สิทธิ์ทดลองอ่านไพ่ถามตอบ 3 ใบใช้ได้หนึ่งครั้งต่อบัญชีที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ (บน Android คือบัญชี Google) รวมถึงกรณีที่ลบบัญชี TeeLuu แล้วสร้างบัญชีใหม่ด้วยบัญชีที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบเดิม
4. โควตา และการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ
สิทธิ์ทดลองใช้ โควตา ประเภทการอ่าน และฟีเจอร์ที่ให้โดยไม่คิดค่าบริการ เป็นไปตามที่แอปแสดง ณ ขณะนั้น เราอาจปรับ ระงับ ยุติ หรือแทนที่ฟังก์ชัน รวมถึงเปลี่ยนโควตาหรือฟีเจอร์ฟรี เมื่อมีเหตุผลอันสมควร

การอ่านไพ่ถามตอบ 3 ใบแต่ละสิทธิ์มีจำนวนครั้งสูงสุดในการส่งหรือแก้คำถามก่อนรับคำอ่าน สิทธิ์ทดลองส่งหรือแก้คำถามได้สูงสุด 10 ครั้ง และสิทธิ์ที่รวมในแพ็กเกจ รายเดือน หรือซื้อเพิ่ม ส่งหรือแก้คำถามได้สูงสุด 20 ครั้งต่อสิทธิ์ หากใช้ครบจำนวนครั้งโดยยังไม่ได้รับคำอ่าน สิทธิ์นั้นจะถือว่าใช้แล้ว สิทธิ์การอ่านครั้งใหม่จะมีจำนวนครั้งสำหรับส่งหรือแก้คำถามใหม่ตามประเภทของสิทธิ์นั้น
5. การซื้อในแอป - Android และ iOS

สินค้าอาจรวมถึงสมัครสมาชิกแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ แพ็กเกจมีกำหนดเวลา และสินค้าครั้งเดียว ตามที่แอปแสดง

6. สมัครสมาชิกแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ
เมื่อคุณซื้อสมัครสมาชิกที่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติตามที่แอปและร้านค้าแสดง
การชำระเงินถูกเรียกเก็บกับบัญชี Google หรือ Apple ID เมื่อยืนยันการซื้อ
สมาชิกต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจนกว่าคุณจะปิดการต่ออายุหรือยกเลิกอย่างน้อยตามที่ร้านค้ากำหนด (บน App Store โดยทั่วไปอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนสิ้นสุดรอบปัจจุบัน)
ร้านค้าอาจเรียกเก็บเงินต่ออายุภายในระยะเวลาก่อนสิ้นสุดรอบตามนโยบายของร้านนั้น
คุณจัดการและยกเลิกได้ในการตั้งค่าบัญชีของ Google Play หรือ App Store และจากลิงก์จัดการการสมัครสมาชิกในแอป
หากมีช่วงทดลองใช้แล้วคุณซื้อสมาชิก ส่วนที่ยังไม่ใช้อาจสิ้นสุดตามนโยบายของร้านค้า
เมื่อยกเลิกแล้ว คุณใช้สิทธิ์ได้จนสิ้นสุดรอบที่ชำระแล้ว และจะไม่ถูกเรียกเก็บรอบถัดไป เว้นแต่กฎหมายท้องถิ่นกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น

7. การยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
ยกเลิกสมัครสมาชิกได้ผ่าน Google Play หรือ App Store
หากใช้สิทธิ์อ่านไพ่ถามตอบ 3 ใบครบจำนวนครั้งสูงสุดในการส่งหรือแก้คำถามโดยยังไม่ได้รับคำอ่าน สิทธิ์นั้นจะถือว่าใช้แล้ว คำขอคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของร้านค้า และตามสิทธิ์ผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับให้ไว้ การคืนเงินที่อนุมัติอาจทำให้สิทธิ์ในแอปสิ้นสุดตามที่ระบบกำหนด คำอ่านที่สร้างไปแล้วจะไม่ถูกยกเลิกย้อนหลัง
8. พฤติกรรมที่ยอมรับได้
คุณตกลงที่จะไม่เจาะระบบ หลีกเลี่ยงโควตา ใช้หลายบัญชีเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ทดลองซ้ำ ใช้แอปในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือกระทำการที่ห้ามไว้ในข้อ 9
9. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เราไม่ได้อ้างกรรมสิทธิ์ในแนวคิดทาโรต์ดั้งเดิม ชื่อไพ่ที่เป็นที่รู้จักโดยทั่วไป หรือความหมายไพ่ที่เป็นความรู้ทั่วไป
ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต งานต้นฉบับของ TeeLuu ภายใต้แบรนด์ Imjai ได้รับการคุ้มครอง รวมถึงชื่อและเครื่องหมายของ TeeLuu และ Imjai โลโก้และอัตลักษณ์ งานศิลป์ไพ่และหลังไพ่ต้นฉบับ ภาพประกอบและกราฟิก ส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้และการออกแบบ ซอฟต์แวร์และรหัสต้นฉบับ ฐานข้อมูล ข้อความตีความไพ่ต้นฉบับ โครงสร้างคำอ่านและการนำเสนอ พรอมต์และระบบพรอมต์ การคัดเลือก จัดเรียง และจัดระบบเนื้อหา เสียงและสินทรัพย์ต้นฉบับอื่น และคำอ่านหรือเนื้อหาที่ระบบสร้างในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายให้ความคุ้มครอง รวมถึงการคัดเลือก จัดเรียง ออกแบบ และนำเสนอของเรา แม้กฎหมายบางแห่งอาจไม่รับรองลิขสิทธิ์ในข้อความที่ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างขึ้นโดยลำพัง

หากฟีเจอร์แชร์ในแอปเปิดให้ใช้ คุณแชร์ได้เฉพาะภาพหรือข้อความย่อที่แอปสร้างให้ เพื่อการส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ การแชร์นั้นไม่ได้ให้สิทธิ์ทำซ้ำทั้งคำอ่านหรือใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
10. ความรับผิด
บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ ในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับประกันว่าคำอ่านจะตรงกับชีวิตจริง พร้อมใช้โดยไม่สะดุด หรือเหมาะกับทุกคน
ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม อุบัติการณ์ พิเศษ หรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่อง รวมถึงความเสียหายจากการตัดสินใจที่อาศัยคำอ่านไพ่
ในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคุณจำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณจ่ายสำหรับ TeeLuu ในช่วง 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ หรือจำนวนขั้นต่ำที่กฎหมายบังคับให้รับ แล้วแต่จำนวนใดสูงกว่า
ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคหรือกฎหมายอื่นห้ามสละ
11. กฎหมายที่ใช้
ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ได้กำหนดให้ใช้กฎหมายของประเทศใดประเทศหนึ่งโดยเฉพาะ กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์คุ้มครองผู้บริโภคหรือสิทธิ์อื่นที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ไม่สามารถสละได้
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจอัปเดตข้อกำหนดนี้ การใช้แอปต่อไปหลังจากเผยแพร่ฉบับใหม่ถือว่าคุณยอมรับฉบับนั้น

By using TeeLuu on Android or iOS, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy at https://www.imjaiapp.com/products/teeluu/privacy
1. The service
TeeLuu provides tarot readings for entertainment and personal reflection.
Readings are interpretive and subjective. They are generated with AI together with our original work. A reading is not a statement of fact. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability or any particular outcome. A reading does not guarantee that an event will or will not occur.
TeeLuu is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a mental-health service. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take after a reading. If you need professional help, consult a qualified person in that field.
2. Age
The app is designed for users aged 12 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or guardian as appropriate.
3. Accounts
You need to sign in for the core service. Sign-in methods are those shown in the app. On Android we mainly use Google Sign-In. On iOS the app may offer Sign in with Apple and/or Google.
You are responsible for your account. Do not share accounts to bypass quotas or reuse a free trial. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
You can delete your account in the app, at https://www.imjaiapp.com/products/teeluu/delete-account, or by emailing teeluu-support@imjaiapp.com if you cannot use those channels. Deletion removes the account; it does not merely deactivate it.
The free 3-card question trial is available once per sign-in account (on Android, the Google account), including if the TeeLuu account is deleted and a new TeeLuu account is later created using the same sign-in account.
4. Quotas and service changes
Trials, quotas, reading types and free features are those shown in the app at the time. We may modify, suspend, discontinue or replace functionality, and we may change free features, reading types and quotas, where that is reasonable.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Daily and weekly quotas follow the account timezone (default Asia/Bangkok).
Each 3-card question reading has a maximum number of question submissions or revisions before a reading is received. The free trial allows up to 10 submissions or revisions. Each 3-card reading included in a package or monthly plan, or purchased separately, allows up to 20 per entitlement. If the maximum is reached without receiving a reading, that entitlement is considered used. A new reading entitlement has its own submission allowance according to its type.
5. In-app purchases — Android and iOS
All purchases go through the store you installed the app from. Android: Google Play. iOS: Apple App Store.
Price, package contents, quotas and other commercial details are those shown on the in-app purchase screen and in the store at the time of purchase. We do not take payment on imjaiapp.com.
Products may include auto-renewing subscriptions, time-limited packs and one-time unlocks, as shown in the app.
A 7-day reading pack is valid for 7 local calendar days including the purchase date, and ends at the end of day 7 in your account timezone (default Asia/Bangkok), as shown in the app. If a monthly subscription is then active, unused remaining time on that pack may be paused and resume after the monthly subscription ends, as shown in the app.
6. Auto-renewing subscriptions
When you buy an auto-renewing subscription as shown by the app and the store:
Payment is charged to your Google account or Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew or cancel at least as early as the store requires (on the App Store, generally at least 24 hours before the end of the current period).
The store may charge for renewal within the period before the current period ends, according to that store’s rules.
You can manage and cancel in Google Play or App Store account settings, and from the manage-subscription link in the app.
If a time-limited free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, unused trial time may be forfeited under store rules.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and you will not be charged for the next period, unless local law requires otherwise.
A subscription is not required to install the app.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel a subscription in Google Play or the App Store.
If the maximum number of question submissions or revisions for a 3-card reading entitlement is reached without receiving a reading, that entitlement is considered used. Refunds follow store policy and any extra rights you have under applicable consumer law. If a store refund is approved, in-app access may end as the system provides. Readings already generated are not undone.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to probe the service, evade quotas, create many accounts to repeat a free trial, use the app unlawfully, or do anything forbidden in section 9.
9. Intellectual property
We do not claim ownership of traditional tarot as a system, generally known card names, or generally known card meanings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeeLuu’s original materials under the Imjai brand are protected, including TeeLuu and Imjai names and marks, logos and visual identity, original tarot artwork and card-back artwork, illustrations and graphics, UI/UX and visual presentation, software and source code, databases, our original written card interpretations, reading structures and presentation, prompts and prompt systems, selection, arrangement and organisation of content, audio and other original assets, and generated or spoken reading content to the extent protectable by law, including our original selection, arrangement, design and presentation, even where some laws may not recognise copyright in purely AI-generated text standing alone.
You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the app. That is not a transfer of ownership.
Without our prior written permission, and to the extent the law allows, you must not commercially reproduce, redistribute or exploit TeeLuu’s original content; scrape or extract content systematically or by automated means; reverse engineer the app; build a competing dataset from TeeLuu content; use TeeLuu’s original content to train or fine-tune AI/ML systems; remove ownership notices; or present TeeLuu’s original material as someone else’s or another product’s content.
If the built-in Share feature is available, you may share the excerpt or postcard the app produces, for personal, non-commercial sharing. That does not grant rights to reproduce the full reading or to use the material commercially.
10. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that a reading will match your life, be uninterrupted, or suit everyone.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss resulting from decisions made in reliance on a tarot reading.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for TeeLuu in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum the law requires, whichever is higher.
Nothing here limits rights that consumer law or other mandatory law does not allow you to waive.
11. Governing law
These Terms do not choose the law of any particular country. The applicable law will be determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a new version is published means you accept it.
